Vevo wants to become the next MTV, and the launch of Apple TV application is the first step in this direction.
Vevo seems that wants to be the next MTV has since launched an application for Apple TV. Vevo has also launched an application for Android.
Most of the people know Vevo-n as the company that video clips of different singers worldwide, recently even some Albanian singers. But since 2013, when the app was first launched, Vevo seems that wants to be something more.
Vevo quietly has long been working on a platform outside Youtube, though not publicly admitted such a thing. And seeing the growing popularity of devices such as Apple TV, Chromecast and Amazon Fire TV, Vevo has seen as fairer chance becoming a real television channel such as MTV.
Once that is built around music videos, Vevo is a priority for these devices to rivals Spotify and Pandora, a priority that has not to smart phones.
Even his Mark Hall has admitted that he too is excited to launch the application on Apple TV than the one for Android. It seems that Apple TV is a device that Vevo sees as a good opportunity to achieve success in this direction.
Vevo hope will soon become the next MTV, and in this way to make it easier penetration of Albanian artists in the international market.
